I live in Columbus Georgia which is in zone 8....would this guy last year round outside or need to bring him in for winter

Probably bring in for winter, as it is a small cactus. I really don't think temps much below 40 or 45 degrees would be good for it. Thanks for the question!

Yes! They bloom a delicate paper like bloom. It almost looks like a paper dandelion! Cheers!

Looks like the biggest one is starting to get another little one starting off of it towards the lower part of it unless my eyes are seeing things??
