Yes, and if you go to the bottom of the page, there are all kinds of links for you to explore listia..the rules, what's allowed, how the whole auction process works, etc, things like that. That's what I had to do when I first started. It also tells you how to get your address verified. If you haven't done it, you really need to before anyone can send you your auction wins. It's easy..just read it all.
