I wear a large and this fits me fine. The design makes it a great multi size dress. You will feel like a fairy princess in this dress. adjustable neck tie and bust tie wear it loose or tighter for a more fitted look around the bust. I love the handkerchief hemline. :)
Would make a great swimsuit coverup, lounge dress or outfit for many nights out with that special someone on those hot summer nights.

Hi It measures from under the breast at the band to the longest part of the handkerchief hem at about 41". I'm 5'2" and have to wear heels. Hope that helps u.TY for stopping by. Blessings :)

I think so with the way it is cut with the ties, it is adjustable and it says free size. Not fitted at all usless you chose to adjust the ties to fit snug, just easy breezey. GL I hope this helps. Blessings :)
