Oh, please do not let compost take over. We can put on our boots and tread through it. I refuse to let others opinions change my way of thinking or acting. If you put this up with gin only and cold do it for 2 million I might say wow this is a little too expensive for my blood but that does not mean that you will not have someone that will bid on it. There is a market for everything even compost. We all know what compost is I hope. I feel bad about saying anything. I think what people are wanting to do is buy one and sell it because if they put a gin of 900k on it then they will be able to to get rid of it quickly. I do not think they are taking into consideration that a new one can cost between 300 and 600 dollars depending on what is with it. I do wonder what people think this will go for. Pierceguage must be trying to save up more credits. I know he was trying to make sure that the other xbox went high enough but I do not think he expected it to go that high. I knew that hers would go pretty high because she had 4 or 5 new games for it. I think you said you had another xbox to list after this. Even if I win this I want that one also. I would rather use my credits on your auctions than on anything else. I think after this and your next one I may take a hiatus from listia. Maybe at least for half a year or more. I have met some wonderful people on here and I have met some crazies that belong in a mental ward somewhere. I am grateful that listia knows who those people are also. I was able to keep almost a million credits because of what someone was trying to do. The crazier you act the worse it is. I just wanted to give all the harassing negative complainers some things to think about: It all boils down to free choice, everyone can do what they want with their own credits and it isn't or should not be anybody else's business period exclamation point!!!!! They can spend as many as they want, even all of them if they no matter the amount that they want on any particular item that they want to, or they can be stingy and save them and not bid on anything!!!! It not just the going price of an item being sold in the department store that figures in to the equation but also you have to consider the stores have several in stock and the price is fixed. On here you have what, two or three at one time and a lot of times only one out of the three is actually a legitimate auction so then you end up with 100-200 individuals competing at the same time, well some of them are willing to bid more to ensure winning it! Reminds me a lot of Black Friday sales when individuals sand in long lines waiting buy items and some of them get turned away because there are not enough to go around! The bottom line is freedom to choose what you want to do with your own credits! Why do thinks there are bidding wars? That has always been a part of any auction as long as I can remember! Who wants it the most?1 Why do you think Listia has the king of the hill badge? Those who win them often have to use a ton of credits, more than what the item seemingly is worth to win it! You can choose to agree or disagree with these comments, that is your free choice, but you don't have the right to bind you decision or ideas on anyone else!!!!!

I generally avoid commenting on listings but all the back and forth on this one has drawn me in. First and foremost, COOL AUCTION! PS4s are a hot ticket and every legitimate one on Listia is awesome. If there's anything that causes confusion about credit values it's the misunderstanding of what is hot and what is not. Gift cards, PS4s, XBox One, Rewards Store items etc... Those are big tickets and will sell 3 to 5 times their dollar value. The problem is that too many users start assuming that is the credit value for everything. For example, I won a Dreamcast console recently. As soon as it went up, I offered the guy 100k GIN. He declined and cited the whole "I can get X amount of credits for a $5 gift card." thing. I won the system for just over 80K. I'm a relatively new user and I've quickly learned that Listia requires research. There is no value table that applies to all items. The only thing that matters is who wants the item and how many credits they bid on it. There are some items with seemingly overly inflated values. If their credit values are too high for you, then go buy it! Cold hard cash. Then you'll have the value table that you're looking for. Don't knock sellers for listing an item that people want and are willing to bid high on. That's just ridiculous and your comments say more about you and they do about the seller.

I appreciate your comments greatly because you make the valid point that I have been trying to express myself but maybe not as clearly as you put it, and I thank you for it! It seems everyone is always trying to compare oranges to apples, credits to money, and going about trying to establish their on credit to money mathematical equation. I don't know if Walmart started this whole comparing of prices to get the best or cheapest price, but on Listia nobody seems to consider the worth or value of the item to the bidder! No matter what the actual monetary value or selling price is of a particular item within the department stores and malls, in public auctions they can and do go higher because there is only one and many individuals wanting that one item! It always goes to the one with the most credits or to the one who is willing to spend the most to get it! The seller has no control over it unless it lists it as a gin only auction! I hate to hear that you are experiencing one of the more negative aspects of this website: the community. I have met some intelligent, interesting and just downright amazing people on listia. You being one of those people due to your unending generosity. However, there is a large percentage of the population that wakes up on the wrong side of the bed every morning and checks in to listia only to spit their vitriol on everyone's auctions. I won't name any names, although I could. I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know there are still people out here who appreciate what you are doing. I certainly did not expect bids to soar this soon, the Xbox 360 auction hasn't even been over very long! I have always offered free shipping, just never wanted to charge for shipping! I can only afford a certain amount at one time and then I have to time it to when I can afford it which is around the first of the month, otherwise I can't do it! I would have to make the winners of my auctions wait over the seven days limit set up by Listia! Also I have always taken pride in shipping the winning items on the same day or very next day unless it ends on Saturday then it will be two days, but no more than that!

I just wanted to say that when I used the words emotional stress, I meant that as waiting for the end to see who is going to win. Did I put enough on it etc. It cam be rough waiting on an auction that you want so badly to finally end and see who wins the prize. That is all. The other stuff I am not worried about. Obviously, you are doing right. There are WAY more positive things being said than negative. I am so happy that you listed this. Could I have bought one in a store, yes. Thank you very much I appreciate it! It doesn't happen overnight, it takes a while just like a savings account you just keep adding and never taking away! People are more likely to bid and bid high on new unopened more expensive items, but it also has to come from somebody they know they can trust in order for them to bid! It took me quite some time to earn their trust by continually treating people honestly with respect, the way you would want to be treated! You build up positive feedback for satisfying the winners of your auctions and build a good fan base in the process! Anybody can do it, but you must start small at first with your auctions and then once you gain their trust and respect then list your bigger more expensive items for auction! You can do but you have to have patience be willing to stick to it and you'll get there! :)

I sent out a package of makeup to a lady who won my auction and wrote fragile all over it. I put 400 d0llars of insurance on it because it was about 600 dollars woth of makeup. It got to her and they made her pick it up at the post office. It had been opened and taped shut and the make up and mirror was broken. There was one container of makeup called sweetheart beads. It was little hearts that were different colors for your cheeks. It was very hard to open but someone managed to and then took more than half of them. I filed a claim but now I put extra on everything that is worth something. It keeps inching up closer and closer to me. Mr pierceguage.....lol. I told you before that it was MY turn because you win them all.... I really am joking but just maybe I am not.

I know what you mean, I have had all kinds of shipping issues myself too! From receiving empty boxes to boxes with nothing but Styrofoam peanuts in it, broken pieces, and you name it! There are always going to be dishonest uncaring people no mater where we go or what we do, on this site, in the postal service, wherever, and we are just going to have to face up to that fact and deal with the best we can!

Another thing that most people don't know about me because I don't mention it, but you can ask several individuals that have won my auctions, and some do mention it in their feedback, and that is when an auction goes for a lot of credits, more than I feel like it should have I send something extra along with the winning item! Two out of my last three auctions I have done this! I don't mention this to call attention to myself, but just to give the negative naysayers something to chomp on! I know there is a certain amount of envy when it comes to the bigger more expensive items especially! I get numerous emails from individuals begging me to make a deal for x amount of credits, dollars, or even to trade for something they have! I don't know why they cannot understand that in order for me to do that I would have to go out and buy another one! They want it so bad that they want you to be dishonest and make a deal with them and cheat the bidders and especially the winner of the auction! I'm not going to do that for no amount of money! My integrity is not for sale at any price! I wished I were wealthy so I could afford to buy one and just give it to everyone that wanted one! I am going to say to Mariam that maybe the next time you decide to go on someones auction site and spout of things that make no sense to the human world, you should take your bipolar medicine first before your zanax. This guy has done nothing wrong. If you have something to say about the price then you can say it to me. I am the one who chose to give this amount of credits. You need to do your research a little better also. I do 100 dollar gift cards for 500 thousand credits. So with that in mind a 400 dollar system should go for 2 million credits. This is an expensive item even at 400 dollars. I tell you what, you go and buy 4 brand new systems at 400 and up and put them on here. How much do you think you should get for them. Better yet how much should this seller get for his? I am so tired of rude and uneducated people thinking that they have the right to go onto someone elses auction and berate them and then when that is through they tell the seller that THEY have contacted listia because they feel that the seller is unethical because he is a Christian. Well, I mam will stand beside this seller and Christian any day of the week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Auction. what i dont understand is how and why are we experiencing hyper inflation? is it because there are kids out there spamming offers? thus getting millions of credits? alot of times i hear .. "what you expect, it's not like it's costing you $" as if credits just appear out of the sky... :) maybe for some people they do.

i been on listia a bit over two years... and it's despicable how the last 3 months have gone out of hand w pricing things....4x to 5x what it used to be 18 months ago. . .. quite ridiculous. am not a hater. more power to you. unfortunately monkey see monkey do and we are experiencing what we are because of that... hope people wake up...

It all boils down to free choice, everyone can do what they want with their own credits and it isn't or should not be anybody else's business period exclamation point!!!!! They can spend as many as they want, even all of them if they no matter the amount that they want on any particular item that they want to, or they can be stingy and save them and not bid on anything!!!! It not just the going price of an item being sold in the department store that figures in to the equation but also you have to consider the stores have several in stock and the price is fixed. On here you have what, two or three at one time and a lot of times only one out of the three is actually a legitimate auction so then you end up with 100-200 individuals competing at the same time, well some of them are willing to bid more to ensure winning it! Reminds me a lot of Black Friday sales when individuals sand in long lines waiting buy items and some of them get turned away because there are not enough to go around! The bottom line is freedom to choose what you want to do with your own credits! Why do thinks there are bidding wars? That has always been a part of any auction as long as I can remember! Who wants it the most?1 Why do you think Listia has the king of the hill badge? Those who win them often have to use a ton of credits, more than what the item seemingly is worth to win it! You can choose to agree or disagree with these comments, that is your free choice, but you don't have the right to bind you decision or ideas on anyone else!!!!!
