This is a 2000 Pacific "Ruby" RICKEY HENDERSON baseball card.
Pacific being a Canadian product, albeit more heavily distributed in the US, "Ruby" cards were the Canadian version of the cards (US version featured silver foil, not red). Some of the cards made it into US distribution through stores owned by Southland Corporation.

Do you realize how great Rickey Henderson was? Lets look beyond the obvious, which are his single season and career stolen base records, both of which far surpassed the existing records. Henderson did more than that. He broke the records for most leadoff home runs, most career walks (since broken by the oft-intentionally walked Barry Bonds, but Henderson still owns the record for most unintentional walks), and even bested Ty Cobb's record for most runs scored. Add an MVP award, 10 All Star appearances, and a pair of World Series rings, and you have one of the greatest player of all time.
