My best friend is in Haiti right now filming a documentary, he gave me his old iPhone 4s since my current phone is on the fritz but...He never disabled his Apple ID and I have no idea how to get around this!

I'll just have to wait until my upgrade >sigh<

Just wanted to let you know.....there is no way to bypass an iCloud lock....not that I know of anyway.....however if this was your friends phone.....all he would need is internet access (which I know isn't AS easy to come by in Haiti, however it can be fairly easily done) to visit the apple website & he can take this phone off of his icloud account.

1. Download Bypass iCloud Lock Tool
2.Connect your iPhone via USB Cable and start Software on your PC.
3.Click Start to and wait five min to be processed.Then your iPhone will reboot and your iCloud Lock will be Removed.

I have another iphone here at home with the same problem and I was told it's just an expensive paperweight now. I also have an iPhone 6 with the same problem so if anyone knows a way around this please let me know, if I can figure it out I will probably list them both on here because we all have phones now and don't really need them. This is a very nice phone you have listed, I hope someone can come up with a solution to the problem, it sure would help!!!! Good luck too you, I'll be watching!!! :-) :-) :-)

I know right, I think it really sucks that Apple made these products work out this way. There should be a way around this so as not to render such an expensive item as useless!!!! Guess that's how they make their billions though!!!! :-) :-) :-)

I had an iPhone 4 that I bought off a facebook group and the seller wouldn't reply about the iCloud lock but I looked online, went through the process and removed the lock. I don't recall the website I used but I know it can be done since I did it. I then sold the phone and the buyer hasn't had any issue with it.

Only AT&T can unlock that phone after you prove you are the owner, the charge is 35.00. This is a safeguard because so many are stolen every day! and thieves are looking for a way to unlock them, It can't be done!
