This little guy is hysterical, he was found under a bunch of items stored away in a closet during an estate clean out, so he still needs some TLC and clean up which I will try to do better too before sending. He is a hard plastic material. It appears he may have been on a chain or keychain at one time. He is about 2" tall. Cute on a shelf, making a funny face at you to make you smile. Bottom says made in kong). Possible the wear over time made the hong part of it fade? Maybe it was just printed this way. Either way he is sure to make you smile.
