New with tags sundress size medium. Color is White & Black. Built in padding with a nice double material and a foam breast form. This dress has a smocked with elastic waist that starts under the bust and ends around 4 inches under. Bust line is crisscross in the front. Straps are adjustable which is a big plus in my book.. This dress is made of 100% cotton. Great beach or a great dress to get cooled of after a shower with nothing underneath..

Does the dress have padded cups? Would it fit a 38D cup? If I am 5'3" about how long would it be on me? what is the material type?

It does have very soft padded foam cups and the way it crisscrosses in the front. I would think it fit small to large busted women.The cups have a nice form in which I tried to show in 4th pic but it did not come out as I hoped But the way the padding is shaped I think it would not distort a large bust. I think because the back is straight across that it would cover most of the side boob overflow. From under the bust line to the bottom of the skirt is 23" Hope that answered your questions ..Happy bidding!
