10 Red Yucca SEEDS!!
Red Yucca (Hesperaloe parviflora)

A clump-forming succulent, red yucca has arching, leathery, linear foliage rising to between 2 and 3 feet tall. Dark olive-green leaves with no thorns or spines are sparsely covered with fibrous strands along the margins. Deep coral pink to red flowers with golden yellow throats crowd the length of the stalks that reach three feet or more. Foliage has a reddish bronze hue during winter's chill for year-round interest.
Noteworthy Characteristics: Simple form, sturdy constitution, and long bloom time. Closely related to yucca. Very heat tolerant, yet cold hardy to Zone 5.

Planting Seeds
1)Fill a 4- to 6-inch diameter pot with potting soil and moisten the soil.
2)Press a red yucca seed onto the top of the soil. Do not cover the seed with soil or apply water directly to the seed.
3)Place the potted seed in a cold frame and leave it there until spring. The germination time for red yucca seeds varies. Some may germinate in a few days and others can take months.
4)Transplant the seedling to its permanent location in spring when the soil is warm. Choose a site with full sun and soil that drains freely.

Questions & Comments

I see you said plant with potting soil so would these also be able to be an indoor house potted plant like the other yucca tree`s are??
Also once the seeds do take off then as they start getting higher then do you kinda start to cover up the seed some for a better more stable balancing of the tree?
Also when you want the soil moist just have it lightly damp maybe little more and leave it as that to set the seed into and only water when the soil appears more dryer?? Or keep moist till there is any green shoots appearing and then take it from there?
Just want to make sure the right things to be done correctly if I do happen to win or not, Also a fan and watching. Thanks.
