this is a brand new Hello Kitty Pez Dispenser. It comes in its original package which has been opened to dispense of the candies which are not allowed on Listia.

Shellyschaff5 is correct. I check and this is what I found:
•Allowed: Pez dispensers(s) containing candy, over the counter medical remedies not intended to be ingested, cat toys with enclosed catnip inside the toy, herbs (as long as it's not listed for consumption) . So we all learned something new!!!

I do not care if the candy has expired. I do not eat the candy. I am a collector. I save them.
