This is a necklace on an adjustable cord to make it different lengths. The elephant is carved out of yak bone. It measures approx. 1" X 3". I have different kinds and sizes listed if this isn't the right one for you.

It is a long-haired bovine found throughout the Himalayan region of south Central Asia, the Tibetan Plateau and as far north as Mongolia and Russia.
