The listing, Two (2) New Nose Bones, Studs has ended.

Two nose bones, new and unused, surgical stainless steel, I believe these are 20 gauge. Ball is approximately 1/16", post is approximately 5/16".

These were made for nose piercings, but I like to use them in my earlobes, for those times that I tend to go long periods without earrings in them; they're extremely comfortable!

I wouldn't recommend it. These are rounded on the post end, sort of a bulb where a normal earring back would go; it keeps them from falling out.
