Does this reek with class....or what? The Old Bat has had this since the sun set in the east! (That's a LOOOOONG time) It's 3" from top to bottom. The face appears to be some sort of plastic compound. At first, I thought it was porcelain, but I'm just not sure. Hand painted. The straw hat is gorgeous, and there's a green rhinestone on the earring.I can't find a maker's mark, but whoever made it did a fantastic job!
