Is this mascara washable? with soap and water or do you need make up removeer? is it waterproof? LMK thanks

It is not waterproof from what I read on it. And I would assume you can just wash it off with soap and water.

But here's a trick to non waterproof mascaras. Put it on first, then swipe a waterproof mascara of the same color on top...you'll keep you're big bold eyelashes and it will stay!!

No as it states in the auction it's brand new. I don't list used or tested cosmetics all of them are brand new, unused and untested
