hi lee-the person that i bought it from was not sure if it was genuine.---he has been selling stamps for 30 years.-it could be possibly a reproduction or a genuine unissued stamp--in any event , if the winner , decides that this is not what they believe to be genuine, i will refund their credits with no questions asked-ps -i myself questioned if was genuine as well----
