I need this I don't know how to cook fish

I hope you know to clean them first!!!! Do you know how to cut up a chicken? When I was teaching at the U. of Missouri at Rolla, the dean's assistant secretary me late one afternoon almost in tears; her mother had left word for her to cook the chicken for their supper. She had no idea where to start even. I told her I would be right over. Grabbed that buzzard, sllced off both wings, both legs, and when I had all the pieces cut apart she was dumb founded. I was equally dumb founded that she, in her early twenties, did not know how to cut up a chicken! Fish, I know how, but I never have because I am not a fan of fish.
