i am 5'3 so i wear about a 30 inseam and these were more like a 32 or 34. it's hard to judge. i just know i could wear them because when i would walk my feet got tangled up in them.

no pockets...they are slip on but they really don't have an elastic waste. the waste isn't very stretchy
