Hello! Yes, I ship w tracking...16 gigs...I have no idea about the icloud...I don't remember if I ever linked it to an icloud account. This phone has been in my drawer for years...I turned it on today and it works so decided to list!

Same thing happened to my iphone ...my sister was playing with it and got it locked for like 45 years or so....i just connected it to itunes..and it went back to normal..
