This is a 2009 Tristar Obak EMMETT ASHFORD baseball card.
This is the Black Parallel version of the card.
There were only 50 of this card made.
This one is serial numbered #28/50.

Much as Jackie Robinson broke he color barrier for players in modern baseball, Emmett Ashford broke that barrier for umpires. He became the first black umpire in professional baseball in 1951, and the first black umpire in Major League Baseball in 1966.
To my knowledge, this is only the second card ever produced for Ashford; he was also included in the 1979 Sportscaster set.
