According to product info this system uses mild radio frequency pulses, that is absolutely safe, (between 26 and 27.125 MHz) delivered through the tweezers to remove hair without touching the skin.

Hi! I did Google this & it claims to come with reusable small & large pads for multiple hair removal. It's brand new-EVERYTHING included? I have been looking for something like this & if it includes everything I read, I will triple current bid.

Yes, it is new as stated. I honestly never got around to using it. It does in fact come with pads. I uploaded pics of the included pads. I strongly encourage the winner to follow instructions carefully for best results! Thank you for your comments and good luck :)
