Tonya these are the neatest! a clear glass locket that you fill with these little charms. You put into the locket charms that mean something to you. Jo1108 is my go to lady for the charms. I have gotten 9 lockets as gifts and filled them all with charms that meant some thing to the person I was giving it too. These are the hottest fashion jewelry item I've seen in yrs. I have a baggy full of charms I switch in my locket.
