I'm sorry I guess you need to go back and actually read the shipping rules. The price posted is the "Maximum" that shipping can cost. I have the option to lower anytime during the auction. And flat rate has to be higher. I guess you seeing an expensive cape with 10.99 shipping was a rip.... Don't bid my friend. Thanks for your comments...

Sir, I do agree your flat rate shipping price is way to high, I ship daily and a small flat rate shipping box which includes tracking number would be $5.65 but even better you could ship this in a padded envelope with bubble wrap that is free at the post office and would cost even less at tops $2.53!! Listia is not a place that you can charge prices that are not within what this particular items would cost. You can ask for winner pays exact shipping cost but then you are required to show proof of packaging and a receipt for the cost. My friend there is not a flat rate box that is $10.99 that amount does not exist . And lastly Sir the vape item (s) your offering neither are expensive. Feel free to look at my closed auctions, I know what I am speaking about. So maybe you should go to the post office and find out exactly how much flate rate shipping box's cost and there is 2 sizes of each, meaning 2 sizes of small 2 for medium, and 2 for large. Then the same for regional boxes. So yes Sir both myself and the man above do feel that you are trying to A. rip people or B. are just knowledgeable what shipping really does cost. So before you make enemies or tell people not to bid, as that is against the rules as well know what your talking about first. I offer free shipping that's why I know what the costs are!

I've adjusted shipping costs my friends. I am fairly new to Listia and I based my shipping costs from items I've already shipped. Basic shipping is costing me around 4.00 then insurance,then tracking,then signature upon receipt.. It all adds up. I will just go Exact shipping to eliminate confusion. And as far as cost of the vape, my sister says she paid $65.00 new when she gave it as a Christmas gift. I hope my changes make everyone happy.. Thanks for your comments... Good luck bidding...

Thank you,, just a side note, you don't have to add insurance or signature receipt, all Listia calls for to protect yourself is just the tracking number. The tracking number protects both seller and buyer. The only time Listia would say to add insurance would be on High ticket items, like a Laptop or a RC, something very expensive.
