Dearest Kimjenelle, they say things happen for a reason... We don't always seethe reason right away, soo stay positive (which i know is very hard at this moment) you may have got the job, but they may be "delayed" in responding! If you are really concerned & what to leave a positive "impression", send them a "thank you" card for the chance to be interviewed with them... I know that may sound corny, but believe me, I've been in the position of doing the hiring & receiving a "special note" of thanks makes the employer feel like the interviewee really wants that job & likes the company, that they have a true interest! Vinnie, I do not have a pool. A pool is about as useful in Wisconsin as a fish with a bicycle. If you are ever passing through I can offer brats, beer and Fall colors that will take your breath away. My son will be on call for this round of storms. As a search and rescue diver these are the things he does. He helps where they need help. So Vinnie you might cross paths with him. I worry about him but I know he loves what he does. Best of luck to all the bidders for these beauties. I no longer have my ears pierced. I have such a allergy to metals that I had to let them close. Careful what ya wish for, my friend, as far as the storms are concerned... Mother Nature can be EXTREMELY Harsh when she wants to be! I grew up in 'tornado alley' for the most part of my childhood and have seen 6 tornadoes pretty up close and personal, and in 1981, our has had 5+ ft of water in it when the river flooded where we lived...My Dad lived in Galveston for years and survived 2 hurricanes, and one was pretty big and bad...I know what ya mean, by 'missing' it tho... especially when it's something you really enjoy doing... something 'satisfying'!!

I never really wish for it. But since I've been place on the pencil pushing parts of a rescue it's trully hard... I don't know if it's the rush or the excitement of the search and finding people that counted on you to come. and everytime when your there You ask yourself God why didn't I get assined to that area... But now all you can hope for is teaching young bucks where when and how to find the stranded..

As my son says this is what he spent years training for and as he says that when it's time to go he knows that while its dangerous it's what he does and each rescue means another life is saved.
