I listed this under scrapbooking because I think it would appeal to someone who makes scrapbooks. It is a keepsake book, entitled "Our Family Tree". Unused, clean pages. Book is 8 1/2" X 11" in size. I've included pictures of some of the sections inside. It's kind of like a baby book, only for family history. Also included is a family tree poster, shown in the last picture.

Most of my items are bought at flea markets, thrift stores and garage sales, so I can't guarantee smoke-free. I do have cats and a dog, so items are exposed to pets.
