This is a 17 1/2" long black onyx, malachite and sterling silver necklace that I made. I just love malachite. It is beautiful! And of course, black onyx is always beautiful.

Malachite can be found in Zaire, USSR, Germany, France, Chile, Australia, Arizona and New Mexico/USA. It ranges between 3.5 to 4 on the Mohs scale of hardness.
