You can essentially use you strip on the same finger for each hand. You just measure which one matches your nail size most closley. Then cut it in half and you can do left hand and right hand. This works well with shorter nails. If your nails are really long, then it wouldn't be enough to cut in half. My nails are just barely over my nail bed and I can use one wrap for same finger on both hands with a little left in the middle to spare. I hope this made sense.
