Is this soft?? It looks like it might be soft. I need one thats soft ,mine is hard plastic and i use it to size rings for listia,to make sure the they came with correct tag. (you never know ,iv bought a lot of rings and half had wrong size tags.)

It's not rubber or silicone. It's plastic but the inside of the ring is smooth and fits comfortably.
