In original package BUT in 1998 there were three different headings on the cards issued for the First Editions. The first stating that there were "48" cars in the series, the second stating "45" cars in the series, and the third stating "40" cars in the series. If you have cards with "48" on them add $5.00, cards with "45" add $3.00. The series ended up having 40 cars. Therefore, the car is originally worth $3.00 and is marked "45" on card, this is why it is high.
