I split shipping so it will be around 2.50 and I perfer Paypal or hidden cash no money orders. I have been scammed with fake money orders on Ebay before so I just wont take them. Sorry.

no, It did not come with one. This is just a usb end, so any cell phone one that has the usb thing that goes in the wall will work. That is how I charged it. It does come with the charging cord.
