The listing, Fossil Wool Cap for Ladies Size XL but more like a SMALL! has ended.

Close as I can get, it measures 9 inches across the inside band so 9+9=18 so how is this an XL? I'm not sure! It could be for a GIRL, I guess! Either way, that's the skinny and the photos show my 15 y/o wearing it, she says it's too tight for her head, it was a gift to her and she won't wear it. Maybe it would be good for someone with a smaller head, lol, that sounds funny, or a younger girl, say 10--12?
