This was a old step ladder that I got so sick of looking until one day I just sat down and just painted it all over just about, underneath is not painted, but now I like it. This is a weak ladder. But I still use it. Free Shipping in USA only.

would it be strong enough to hold some plants?

I weigh about 160 pounds so not that much, but my grand daughter weighs 80 pounds and it holds her up pretty good, it's just not meant to wiggle around, and yes it will hold plants, man that is a good idea! If this doesn't get bid, then I will do that.
