waist cincher and trainer size xxl but its too small on me brand new I would say it would fit a 35-38 ish waist . has three clip settings so wear tighter and looser. brand new only tried on.

thank your for your lovely opinion. :) it does not have lace , but as it was advertised as a waist trainer and cincher at time of purchase I would like to list it as that. Maybe I will purchase a laceback soon instead. I am in the process of learning waste training
