The listing, Bath and Body Works Moonlight Path Set has ended.

The winner of this auction will receive the lovely BBW set shown above in Moonlight Path scent. Included is one 10oz Shea and Vitamin E shower gel, one 7oz jar of body butter, a matching bright blue body poof and a small bright pink bath and shower caddy. Both the shower gel and body butter were opened and used once. I got these for Christmas and didn't use them until last week but decided that the scent wasn't me and would smell much yummier on one of my listia friends! Moonlight Path is a limited edition female fragrance launched in 2007. The composition opens with black currant, bergamot, lavender, mandarin leaf and coriander. Rose, jasmine, violet, tuberose, ylang-ylang, lily-of-the-valley and lilac perform at the heart. Base notes include sandalwood, vetiver, oakmoss, vanilla, amber, musk, heliotrope, Tonka and patchouli. The scent is long-lasting (stays with you all day when layered) without being too heavy. I would recommend it for a more mature woman as I imagine the woodsy notes as being too strong on someone highschool-aged, but that's just me. Many reviews decribe this scent as "powdery" and I must agree, the smell in the bottle or jar is powdery, but becomes much more complex when applied. Moonlight path can be described as having floral and aromatic top notes with strong woodsy, musky and fresh spicy bottom notes. Have you ever used this scent? It smells so soft and yummy in the packaging! I hate it when scents smell different on me! I cant wear any of Avon's scents for the same reason. I guess they interact with my body chemistry differently.

So glad (and a little jealous) to see so many people who can wear this scent. It makes me so mad when you smell something you love on a friend or coworker and it turns out to be something I've tried, but smelled totally different on me!

I know what you mean about body chemistry working against the intended scent. I am bothered by people that are overwhelmingly strong scented that sit in restaurants , church and airplanes. I might go for these shower gel and body butter to see if it works on me well.
