So u live near by ,I've met a few people but yes not to many though ,nice to met u. .I'm not sure what u r meaning end of auction cause the military helmet Liner should be still active for little bit longer .R u interested in items like old officers money belt,desert brown brand new army boots ,camoflage jacket shirt,brown military shirts some with patch ,green army belt .military canteen this r from 1943 and 1945 that one is on here and probably more? If interest in these types items i will list.TY bunches for checking out my items

Item is an US Army marksmanship qualification badge, Sharpshooter level. Marksmanship is rated at three levels (Marksman, Sharpshooter, Expert). The weapon is indicated by a clasp that affixes to the loops on the bottom of the badge. For example, the Rifle Qualification Test consists of 40 targets at distances from 50m to 300m. Twenty must be fired from the prone position, ten from kneeling, and ten from the standing supported position in a foxhole. To achieve the Sharpshooter qualification, the Soldier must hit 30 of the 40 targets, plus fire for familiarity in a chemical/radiological suit and at night.

So I was correct,that is good to know I thought i had forgotten .but I didn't know all of the info u sent and thank u bunches ,I found it interesting and very cool didn't reliize they went thru all the training that extensive but whoever earns the badges can be on my protecting side any day.Ty bunches again wish u had seen old military helmet liner i had up few days ago u might have been able to help me on that cause i had lost the paper i had all info written down on .
