Vocabulary in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
This is the 12th English edition revised, edited, and translated by Walter Bickel. Title of original publication: Lexikon der Kuche by Richard Hering.
This is a must have for culinary arts students!
Paper is beginning to age; water stains are on the first 50 pages; the back cover is pulling from the spine, but otherwise undamaged.
