Is this a genuine ruby and what is the kt weight of the Ruby

Yes it is real, please take a look at all my auctions and you will see that I tell you exactly what the stone is every time and if there are any man made enhancements (such as mystic topaz). Also feel free to take a look at my feedback as well so that you don't have to take my word for it.

Is this a mined ruby or synthetic

This is a mined stone and came out of a vein in Wyoming. (the are six known deposits there to date) I might have confused everyone by putting the word Semi-Precious stone out of habit when this is one of the world 4 precious stones Feel free to look at my other auctions and you will see that I tell you exactly what a stone is. If it is man made (Opalite, Goldstone both blue and red) , man enhanced, (Aqua Aura, Rainbow/MysticTopaz, ) or Natural Stones (which is mainly my focus). Feel free to look through them and see that I tell exactly what each stone is and you can see that I tell you if something is not from the ground just what it is. So short answer, oops too late, yes this is a low grade Ruby picked up out of the ground (in other words it is not a super duper high value as you can see it is a bit "cloudy") but all the great properties of the stone are there and it can be affordable which is on of my main focus. Sorry about any confusion in my wording in the description. Always feel free to ask for any clarification. I can say don't do any 'synthetic' stones when the real ones have all the great properties and are available readily.

Anything will tarnish your fingers if you don't care for it properly. Now this won't tarnish per se I have been wearing the same Gold Filled ring for over 13 years and have had no problems but I also clean my all my jewelry every week as part of my routine. I encourage you look up Gold FILLED on ye' ol' google so you don't have to take my word for it. You can read for yourself from a 3rd party who you know isn't trying to sell ya' anything. I always feel like anything I say can be taken as completely self serving. I am all the about the stones and spreading Love and Light in simple ways. Just type in Gold Filled and see what comes up then it is your decision to believe them instead of me feeling like I am trying to convince you. I am not a salesman. I am just me.
