This is a Beautiful Piece of Furniture.
Very Heavy and Solid Wood.

It is on the second floor of the condo that belongs to my sister Leslie. She is moving to Florida by the end of Sept and she is not taking this Entertainment Center with her.

I will ask if she can get any pictures of the furniture emailed to me right away so please hold off till Wed Aug 17th to start bidding. After that picture or no picture go ahead and BID...

Two or Three strong men would be needed to move this piece from the second floor down the (L) shaped stair case. Going out the sliding glass doors in the back would be easier then tring to fit out the small front door.

The one who wins the bid will receive Leslie's phone number from me. You will have 7 days to call her to make arrangements to go see the Entertainment Center. What ever you and Leslie plan will be up to you from then on.

But if you don't call her in 7 days you have forfeited the winnings. The item will be relisted unless you contact me or Leslie and let us know what is going on. She will work with you if you want the furniture. It has to be gone by the closing date. She will discus that with you.
