Serious bidders only please and please read carefully the entire description!! i have had trouble myself with "gold" items bought online and i am very careful what i list and how i describe an item-i would never guess!! i am writing the description according to what i was told by a jeweler~

i was going to scrap this ring but the jeweler told me if it were fixed, it would be worth ~$250 because it is genuine onyx and the diamond is a nice stone,so i would be better off to do that than scrapping. he said it would cost about $40 to fix it, but i really can't afford to right now and will not end up wearing it anyways so i figured i'd try it here 'as is' before i try to sell it on ebay. he also said it's vintage from the 70's most likely.

anyone wanting to bid understands that this ring is being sold 'as is' and will either need to repair it, or can decide to scrap it.
it is about 4 grams according to my scale. i believe it's a little over because i weighed it with something else i knew weight of but i cannot be certain-my scale only weighs grams/oz. anyone bidding cannot quote me on the weight!! i was planning to go back to a different jeweler and have it weighed exactly, and get a second opinion on worth, but due to snowstorms and my not being able to get a ride in time before this listing ends on the 11th, i am not able to get there to do so. if this ring is relisted, i absolutely plan to get there asap! listing will be updated as soon as i get back.

the diamond is in the center surrounded by white gold in the shape of a diamond. it is marked 10k psc, which from what i researched i believe stands for plainville stock company- a jeweler out of plainville, ma. i believe it is suppose to be a size 7 because it almost fits me!
