Yes comes with a silver tone silver and it is 16-18 inches long, I would say that it is probably 17inches.

Yes, it comes with a silver tone chain and I do believe it is between 16-18 inches, I would probably guess that it is more 17 inches.

Sometimes I can put an extender on the back which would give it about 2 inches longer. If you do get it, I would do that for you if it helps.
