This is a breathtaking 14k yellow gold filled (stamped 14k gf ) white sapphire heart with aaa cz on each side of the heart and three white sapphires down each side of the band.

this is the most amazing ring i have ever seen, the shine and sparkle are just stunning, pictures just dont do this ring justice. its simply gorgeous!!!!! will make the perfect valentines gift!!!!!!!!!
