This is an original vintage 1966 Topps #296 JOHNNY KEANE baseball card.

In only his third full season as a manager, Johnny Keane managed the 1964 St Louis Cardinals to a World Series Championship, besting the Yankees in the Fall Classic. To everyone's surprise, Keane resigned his job with the Cardinals after the World Series and announced that he had taken a job managing the very same Yankees whom he had just defeated. He replaced Yogi Berra, but only managed the Yankees for 182 games.
