These are 3 patches that can be sewn on pretty much anything….. hat, jacket, carry bag, etc.My husband was a hard-hat diver in the Navy Seabees at the Naval Air Station in Port Hueneme, in Southern California in the late 1960's. They're from his stuff.
They all measure approximately 2 1/4" x 3". The 2 black ones are felt, while the white one is fabric. I'm not sure, but I don't think they have ever been used. Hard to tell.
I tried to take pics in different lighting. Note: the white one looks more like the 1st photo.
