The listing, NEW First Act Book/CD Learn & Play Guitar has ended.

This beginner's set teaches the basics about your guitar, as well as how to read music. Got this for my son, but he was already beyond it... plus, he prefers Tab. There is a play-along CD. This has never been used, although the bottom cover has the slightest bend from storage. Thank you for looking!

Does it teach electric?

Both accoustic & electric are shown. This covers the basics--an intro into the world of music making. What you know/learn at that stage is pretty much transferable to both types of guitars: reg. tuning, notes on the guitar, basic music theory, chords.... Good Luck! (I love knowing a few songs on my instruments)
