Is it just the battery

It is the battery with USB charger. It is not the kit that includes mouth piece or cartomizer. Thanks for looking! Good for a spare battery, it fits most tops.

If you are referring to physical size it is 4 1/2 " long x 1/2" wide. The capacity is 650mAH. Thanks for looking :)

Can I use any tank with this?

I hesitate to say you can use "any" tank with it. I personally have used an assortment of tanks, cartomizers and raw tops with this type of battery and have not had a problem. I checked the booklet for thread info and it does not have any info on that, I would have to research online but honestly I can't right now. You can though :) Thanks for your interest.

If it fits another type of ego battery it should work, but I will not promise, I just don't know for sure. The one I have found it does not seem to match up well with is the Atmos Raw top I am not knowledgeable enough to know which ones fit and which don't without totally researching and that is one reason I put it on Listia, hoping who gets it knows that it is what they need :) Good Luck! It is such a nice battery, it would be worth getting another top to fit if it did not work lol

Is it the universal USB charger or the one you have the screw the battery in?

It does not screw in, it has a place in the bottom of the battery to plug in like you would a smart phone etc. Thanks for your interest!
