To use them, you have to have a stamper and a scraper. First, you apply nail polish to the desired pattern, use the scraper to remove the excess polish. Quickly, you press the stamper down on the image and then onto your fingernail. Hope that helps! :)

top is true but u don't need a scraper, u can use an old credit card to scrap extra polish off ;) the stamper is like a rubber peace ,its cool to transfer to nails. :)
