These are women's. I have them folded a bit to get them in the picture. I layed flat and measured across bust above the sewing embellishment and it measured 25, so the bust would measure 50 but would be snug at 50. Hope that helps.

I measured where strap is down and is 20 inches. Between the straps dips a bit and measures 19 inches.
