Hello, there are 224 pages. The intro states this book is for the newlywed or couple with all those new kitchen gadgets and don't know what to do with them. The recipes show you how to use these gadgets with information, guides and translation of cooking terms "...all of the recipes were created with clarity and simplicity in mind..."
