the arms and legs move but part of the bear the bear is 13 in long and it is very soft

Do the arms/legs move (jointed?) Approximately how tall is the bear? Is it soft, or stiff bodied? Any tears or stains on the bear? I was considering for a gift to my son's girlfriend who has Down Syndrome. TY & have a blessed evening :-)
