I have a very Detailed, Hand Carved, Cream Jade, DRAGON Necklace. The carving stands out from a darker background carved from the same piece of Jade. New carvings may dye the background to give a 2 toned effect. I don't know if the background is natural or dyed. The Dragon is 2 in. long, 1.25 in. wide & 1/4 of an in. thick. Choose an 18, 20, 22 or 24 in. silver plated chain, or an 18 in., with 2 in. extension, braided black, brown or pink leather chain. *Jade occurs in many colors.*

In Scandinavia, Jormungander the midgard serpent was a dragon of limitless power, spawned by Loki the god of evil.
