New with tag Size 2x leopard print mini skirt. Elastic waist band. Lots of stretch.
Comes from a smoke free home. I do however have a cat, but my clothing is kept in a sperate room that the cat does not have access to.

Measurments are 16in long, and across is 23in fully stretched, 18in laying flat.. I wear a size 16 and it fits me but could stretch a lot more. How that helps.
